This Privacy Policy explains how the Conscious Co-Parenting Institute ("CCPI," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit or use:
- consciouscoparentinginstitute.com
- ccpi.app.clientclub.net
(collectively, the "Sites")
along with any related funnels, quizzes, opt-in pages, email and SMS communications, and coaching or training programs we offer (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Sites or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites or Services.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you provide directly to us, and information collected automatically when you use the Sites.
Information You Provide Directly
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address
- Account credentials, if you create an account or client portal login
- Information submitted through quizzes, intake forms, strategy call applications, or assessments (e.g., custody situation details, court status, relationship to the other parent)
- Payment and billing information, processed through our third-party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal — we do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers
- Communications you send us, including emails, text messages, chat messages, and voicemail
- Testimonials, reviews, or case study information you voluntarily provide and consent to have published
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)
- Information from tracking pixels used for advertising and analytics, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics, and GoHighLevel's native tracking tools
Information From Third Parties
- If you're referred to us by a partner, affiliate, or another client, we may receive your contact information from that referral source
- Information from marketing and CRM platforms we use to manage our contact and client relationships (currently GoHighLevel)
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our coaching, training, and educational Services
- Respond to inquiries, strategy call requests, and client care requests
- Send program-related communications, appointment reminders, and client care follow-ups
- Send marketing emails and text messages about our programs, in accordance with the consent and opt-out rules in Section 6
- Process payments and manage billing
- Personalize your experience on the Sites, including quiz results and program recommendations
- Analyze usage of the Sites to improve content and marketing effectiveness
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- With your specific consent, feature your testimonial, case study, or success story in our marketing materials
We do not use information submitted through intake forms or coaching sessions to provide medical, psychological, or legal diagnosis or treatment. See our Disclaimer and Terms of Service for more on the nature of our coaching services.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as our CRM/marketing platform (GoHighLevel), payment processor, email and SMS delivery providers, scheduling tools, and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom)
- Coaches, staff, and contractors who need access to deliver your program or respond to your inquiry
- Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Conscious Co-Parenting Institute, our clients, or the public
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets
Some of these service providers may qualify as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law (see Section 7). Where that's the case, you have the right to opt out (Section 7).
4. TESTIMONIALS AND CASE STUDIES
If you attend a live event, workshop, or immersion program, please see our Disclaimer for the terms under which audio, video, or written content from that event (including anything you say, write, or submit during the event) may be used in our marketing and educational materials. Attendance at a live event constitutes permission for that use unless you notify event staff in advance, as described in the Disclaimer.
For testimonials or case studies collected outside of a live event (for example, a written testimonial you submit after completing a coaching program), we will only publish your name, likeness, story, or details with your specific, separate consent.
In either case, you may request removal of a previously published testimonial at any time by contacting us at the email below, though we cannot guarantee removal from materials already distributed to third parties (e.g., syndicated content, screenshots).
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged into any client portal
- Understand how visitors use the Sites
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
- Serve relevant ads through advertising partners
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality of the Sites. We currently do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no accepted industry standard for how to interpret them.
6. EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your email address or phone number through a form, quiz, or opt-in on our Sites, you consent to receive:
- Transactional and client care communications related to any program or service you've purchased or inquired about
- Marketing emails and text messages about our programs, offers, and content, if you've opted in
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to a program you've already purchased.
We do not sell or rent your phone number or email address to unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing use.
7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we've collected about you and how it's been used and shared
- Request deletion of personal information we've collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (as those terms are defined under California law) — to the extent our advertising pixels constitute "sharing," you can opt out by contacting us at the email or phone number below
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To exercise these rights, contact us at the email or phone number below. We'll verify your request using the information you've provided to us and respond within the timeframe required by law.
Other States
If you reside in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah), you may have similar rights. Contact us and we will address your request under the applicable law.
International Visitors
Our Sites and Services are directed at users in the United States. If you access our Sites from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your jurisdiction. By using the Sites, you consent to this transfer.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Sites and Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we've collected information from a child under 18 without appropriate consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the email below.
9. DATA SECURITY
We use HTTPS encryption and reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
10. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Client intake and coaching-related records may be retained longer where relevant to a family court matter, consistent with our recordkeeping practices.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Sites may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
