By registering for or attending any live event, workshop, retreat, training, or immersion program hosted by the Conscious Co-Parenting Institute and Dorcy Inc., you acknowledge that the event may be recorded in audio, video, photographic, and/or written form, and you grant the Conscious Co-Parenting Institute and Dorcy Inc. permission to use any such recording or content in which you appear, speak, are quoted, or are otherwise featured (whether on camera, on a live or recorded call, in a testimonial, in written form, or otherwise) for marketing, promotional, educational, and training purposes, across any platform or medium now known or later developed, without compensation to you, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

This permission applies whether your participation is on-camera, voice-only, or written (e.g., in chat, a form submission, or a written testimonial shared during or after the event).

If you do not wish to be recorded, quoted, or featured, please notify event staff in advance of the event so we can make reasonable accommodations where possible (e.g., seating outside camera view, excluding your comments from published recordings). We cannot guarantee removal of your likeness or comments from a recording already in progress at the time such a request is made.

Materials on this site may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Dorcy Inc. does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. Dorcy Inc. may make changes to materials at any time without notice and makes no commitment to update them.

Dorcy Inc. may terminate your access immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the site and destroy all materials obtained from it.
